Juan Jose Fernandez

Juan José Fernández is a Spanish-Venezuelan cartoonist that makes experimental and poetic comics, raised in Cleveland, OH who studied Linguistics at Carnegie Mellon University(’12) and received his MFA from the Center of Cartoon Studies (’14). His work centers around love and curiosity while expanding and bending the comics medium with his linguistics and multidisciplinary background.

He is the Managing Editor here at Comics Workbook.
